LTR Checklist

From Alpha Up Wiki

A screening checklist, from a Red Pill perspective, for deciding whether a woman is someone to commit to or keep casual. Main message: think it through before committing, because people present their best side early on.

Deal-breakers (in the author's view)

Keep it casual at most if:

  • She's a single mother.
  • She has serious unresolved issues from a difficult family background, or a personality disorder.
  • She's a heavy drinker who regularly blacks out, or uses hard drugs.
  • Her social circle is mainly about partying, or mostly male "friends".
  • (The author also listed meeting on Tinder, sleeping together on the first meeting, and sex work.)

Red flags

Address the issue, or proceed with caution, if:

  • She's still close friends with an ex.
  • She cares a lot about money: asks what you earn, talks about expensive tastes, buys luxury items to show off.
  • Her dating profile is still active but she "never checks it".
  • You met at work, or she's in your close social circle (complicated if it ends).
  • Her social media is a constant stream of selfies and attention-seeking posts.
  • Strong attention-seeking in her appearance or behaviour.
  • (The author also listed self-described feminist, sorority membership, being "one of the guys", solo travel after college, and being divorced.)

Green flags

  • Her photos are with female friends and family.
  • Educated, from a stable family, with a career.
  • Exercises because she enjoys it, not for the likes.
  • Does volunteer work.
  • Introduces you to her flatmates early.
  • Never just cancels: if she can't make it, she says so in advance and suggests another time.
  • Cooks at home rather than living on takeaway.
  • Drinks moderately.
  • The author's favourite: she asks whether you've been recently tested for STIs before you first sleep together. It shows responsibility.
