Can't find a better man

From Alpha Up Wiki

A motivational post for men who've taken the "Red Pill" and ended up bitter instead of better.

The trap

Many men discover that the fairy-tale script (find the one, sacrifice everything for her, live happily ever after) doesn't work. Then they get stuck: complaining online about hypergamy, unfair laws and "all women are like that", without changing anything. They still feel like losers, and they're still trying tactics on the one girl who isn't interested.

Change perspective

This is the opportunity of a lifetime: a chance to change how you think, act and are treated.

  • Go your own way. Not necessarily in the "swear off women" sense, but in the sense that every great man forged his own path and pursued his own goals.
  • You do your best for her by doing your best for yourself. Into fighting? Be the best fighter you can. Programmer? Build something that matters. Love cooking? Master it.
  • Ignore people who drag you down, and that includes your own negative voice. If you're in a bucket of crabs, find another bucket.
  • You'll come to respect yourself, and life gets more exciting when you're always pushing your limits.

What follows

Women will notice. They'll test you, come and go, try to get your attention. The ones worth keeping won't want to be the centre of your universe. They'll be drawn to the man you've become. That's what "the right woman will love you for you" really means: she'll love the man you chose to become, and she can't find a better man.

Even so, people come and go. You are your only constant. Build yourself solid enough that life's storms (women, family, work, health) can't move you. At the end, you want to look back and say: well done.

The author's closing advice: being "alpha" today means little, because someone bigger will always come along. Be who you want to be, and aim to be better than you were yesterday.
